Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Chinese-speaking Optical Technician to join our team. This position is open to both part-time and full-time candidates. You will play a key role in supporting our optometrists and delivering excellent care to our Chinese-speaking patient community.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in eye exams and prepare patients for the doctor
• Conduct preliminary testing and accurately record patient data
• Help patients select frames and lenses, and educate them on lens options
• Perform basic lens fitting, repairs, and adjustments
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of optical equipment and displays
• Provide outstanding customer service in both English and Chinese

Requirements:

• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
• Previous optical or medical experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
