Office Assistant/ Dispatcher :

Seasonal Sept 5th- Dec 12th

• Work inside and outside in the weather (90% inside)
• Must speak fluid English and Spanish
• Must possess great attention to detail
• Office skills - answer phone, fill out paperwork and instruct drivers
• Computer efficient with accurate data entry a MUST
• Be Customer Service Oriented
• Ability to multi-task and work under stressful conditions
• Be a quick learner who is comfortable working at a fast pace
• Experience in the trucking field a plus but not required
• Must be flexible, reliable and are team focused

Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation to get to work on time. A minimum of a high school education or GED with 2 years' working in office environment. It's 4-5 days a week through Sept/Nov 3rd. Then 7 days a week with lots of hours until Dec 12th. Send Resume. Phone interview first, then in person. In person will be scheduled right away. There will be a pre-employment drug test.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
