About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team as a "Cleaner" at Albany Home and Hospital.

In this role you will:

• Carry out housekeeping duties to ensure an excellent level of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the village.
• Observe all health and safety precautions for the protection of residents, staff and visitors.
• Work closely with and support your colleagues.

The role may include sweeping, vacuuming, mopping and carpet shampooing, dusting and polishing, removing dirt and rubbish, cleaning, disinfecting, clearing spills and making beds. Providing services in a pleasant and courteous manner which is respectful of individual privacy, dignity and personal property.

• Experience preferred but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Capable of managing challenging behaviours.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• High energy, enthusiasm and a team player.
• Be punctual, reliable and honest.
