Mop Mama is a growing cleaning company servicing residential homes, apartments, and local businesses across Sydney. We’re building a small but strong team of cleaners who value reliability, professionalism and consistent standards. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for contractors who want flexible work and the opportunity to take on more jobs over time.

About the Role:
This is a subcontractor position where you will be offered cleaning jobs based on your availability, performance, and location. Because we are expanding, hours may start lighter at first — but cleaners who are reliable, consistent and deliver great work will receive more regular bookings as our client base grows.

You are paid hourly, with strong earning potential once established.

Responsibilities:

· Complete residential standard cleans, deep cleans and end-of-lease cleans

· Complete Commercial cleans

· Follow Mop Mama standards and checklists

· Communicate professionally with clients and the team

· Arrive on time and complete work within estimated timeframes

· Care for clients’ property with respect and attention

· Report any issues promptly

What You Need:

· ABN

· Personal cleaning insurance

· Cleaning experience (6+ months minimum preferred)

· Insured vehicle and driver’s licence

· Police check

· Reliability, good communication, and attention to detail

Important Note:
As a growing business, job volume may start gradually - reliable cleaners quickly receive more bookings as our client base expands. If you're looking for full-time hours immediately, this may not be the right fit; however, if you're looking for flexible work that increases over time, we’d love to hear from you.
