About Us
OnHome Cleaning serves Marin, Sonoma, Napa and Solano Counties. We connect reliable cleaners with steady work while keeping everything simple. You pick the jobs you want, set your own schedule, use your own supplies, and get paid thirty dollars an hour. We handle the customer side so all you need to do is show up, clean, and get paid.

Role Overview
We are looking for cleaners who take pride in their work and want a flexible way to earn. Jobs include standard cleanings, deep cleanings and move in and move out cleanings. Once you are onboarded, you can start accepting cleanings through the app.

What You Do
Clean homes and small businesses
Follow the checklist for each service
Send before and after photos
Communicate if anything comes up
Provide friendly and consistent service

What You Need
Valid drivers license
Reliable transportation
Your own cleaning supplies
General liability insurance or a willingness to get it within thirty days
A smartphone to receive job details in the app
Ability to pass a basic background check

If you do not have insurance yet, no stress. It is cheap, easy to set up, and we can help you get it.

How to Apply
Apply through Indeed with your name, phone number and a little note about your availability. If selected, we will send you a quick onboarding email. Once you complete the steps, we will do a short call and get you into the app so you can start accepting cleanings.
