Cleaning Supervisor (Part-Time)

Forever Clean and Green Pty Ltd is a steadily growing cleaning services company committed to delivering exceptional results with a reliable and friendly team. We're currently seeking a motivated and reliable Supervisor to help lead and support our cleaning crew across the Brisbane area.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise cleaning staff on various sites
• Assist with hands-on cleaning tasks as needed
• Ensure high-quality cleaning standards are met
• Communicate with clients and management
• Support onboarding and training of new staff
• Drive between job sites (if required)

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in cleaning or supervisory roles preferred but not essential
• Own car preferred (not essential)
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
• Punctual, reliable, and hard-working
• Willingness to perform hands-on cleaning duties when needed
• A mature attitude and strong work ethic
