Cleaning Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Dispose of waste and recyclables properly according to company policies.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishment as needed.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within scheduled hours.
• Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is an advantage.
