Cleaning Technician

McCullough Development Inc. is seeking a dedicated and responsible Cleaning Technician to join our team on the Westside of Manhattan. This individual will be responsible for cleaning residential common areas (indoors and outdoors) as well as performing turnover cleanings of apartments. We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with a professional and courteous demeanor. The perfect candidate should enjoy working independently while adhering to a weekly cleaning schedule. Cleaning supplies, equipment, and transportation provided.
