**This position is contingent upon contract award**

The Contractor shall provide a full-time Project/Construction Manager that shall meet the following expectations:

  • A degree in Project Management, Civil, Construction, or Architecture from an accredited university, or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience with construction/facility projects of similar size, scope, and complexity

  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a Senior/Chief Project Manager responsible for supervising project managers, engineers and subcontractors

  • Demonstrated experience managing a multi-million dollar project portfolio , and balancing resources while maintaining cost and schedules

  • Demonstrated experience working in a 24x7 operational environment requiring close coordination with mission operation

  • Demonstrated experience in timely proposal preparation and cost estimation

  • Experience working in remote locations is desired

  • If this individual is a U.S. citizen, a TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph is required; if the individual is Australian, an Australian TS/PV clearance is required
