The Client Project Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that client projects run smoothly from initiation to completion. Working closely with the project management and accounting operations teams, this role supports communication, timelines, documentation, and task execution across multiple client accounts. You will help coordinate deliverables, track milestones, and maintain the accuracy and momentum of financial-related workflow projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking client project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
Maintain project documentation, status updates, and workflow checklists across multiple accounts.
Support communication between clients and internal teams to clarify needs, gather information, and relay updates.
Schedule meetings, project check-ins, and onboarding sessions with clients as needed.
Assist in preparing materials such as summaries, data requests, workflow diagrams, and status reports.
Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion.
Help coordinate implementation activities for financial workflow automation tools and systems integrations.
Organize client files, update shared project platforms, and keep digital records accurate and accessible.
Escalate potential delays, issues, or client concerns to senior team members promptly.
Provide general administrative and project support across the operations and accounting teams.
Qualifications
High school diploma required. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
Entry-level friendly; internship or exposure to administrative, project coordination, or business operations roles is helpful but not required.
Strong communication skills with a professional, client-centered approach.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
Comfortable using digital tools such as project management software, spreadsheets, shared drives, and communication platforms.
Interest in financial operations, workflow automation, and business process management.
Ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly with guidance and training.
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality documentation and follow-through.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
