About Us:
In partnership with LeafFilter, we’re seeking driven individuals to join our team in Tacoma, WA as Client Sales Manager Trainees. This is a hands-on, entry-level role where you’ll start in face-to-face sales and receive full training to grow into leadership and management.

Duties:

• Engage with customers in a face-to-face sales environment, providing information and solutions.
• Learn the sales process, from customer interaction to closing deals.
• Develop communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills through structured training.
• Support your team and contribute to a positive, results-driven environment.
• Work toward taking on greater responsibility and growth into a management role.

What We’re Looking For:

• Highly motivated individuals to learn entry-level sales and marketing.
• No prior management experience required training provided.
• Background in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented, motivated, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work full-time with a flexible schedule (some evenings and weekends)
• High School Diploma or GED required.
