Client Service Representative

We are a busy private practice Veterinary clinic looking for a customer service representative. We are a fun and inclusive team and looking to add the right fit for our clinic. While you do not need experience in the field we do require you to have an upbeat, friendly, and positive attitude! We are happy to train the right candidate and potentially move them to veterinary assistant down the road if there is interest. Duties
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain customer accounts and records of interactions.

Requirements
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
- Experience in a customer service role, preferred

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and issues efficiently

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
