Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Manage client accounts using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools like Salesforce to track interactions, updates, and service requests.
  • Support sales efforts by identifying client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and assisting with onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, project management, and product development to coordinate client requests and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Analyze client data to identify opportunities for account growth, renewal strategies, or process improvements.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, issues, and resolutions to support ongoing relationship management.
  • Assist in developing and executing customer engagement strategies that enhance retention and promote long-term loyalty.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or account management within a SaaS or financial services environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools for managing customer data and interactions.
  • Knowledge of project management principles to coordinate multiple client requests efficiently.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and improve service delivery.
  • Experience in sales or marketing activities that support client engagement and retention efforts is a plus.
  • Demonstrated understanding of customer relationship management best practices within a fast-paced setting. Pay: $33.25 - $38.00 per hour
