Client Service Representative – Entry Level

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Entry-Level Client Service Representative to join our team. This role is well-suited for individuals who are beginning their careers and are interested in developing professional skills in client services, customer support, and relationship management.

No prior experience is required. We provide paid training, structured onboarding, and ongoing support to help new team members succeed in the role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and provide professional customer support

• Communicate with clients to understand needs and provide accurate information

• Respond to client questions, concerns, and service requests in a timely manner

• Document client interactions and feedback to support service improvement efforts

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery
