Clinic Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

The clinic manager is responsible for maintaining the smooth day-to-day operations of the branches of Urban Smiles Dental Clinic. The tasks primarily involve keeping up with the standards of work, improving the sales of each branch, monitoring, and evaluating the performance of each team mebers, proper checking, and documentation of sales and expenses records of the branch and other administrative functions.

The Dental Clinic Manager oversees the supervision of assigned branches. Acts as a resource point for all clinic personnel by; managing and guiding, supervising and suggesting based on established policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • at least 2 years of experience in managing teams or leadership position
  • medical background is an advantage
  • with experience in customer service

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implementation of clinic policies
  • Directs and supervises all teams within unit, properly delegating roles and responsibilities to the whole organization.
  • Supervises the individual performance in the branches
  • Handling of clients/patients concerns
  • Manages the day to day operations of the clinic branches
  • Participates in developing and implementing new clinical practices, policies, procedures & systems to enhance existing clinic services and raise the standards of patient care
  • Assists in developing long-range plans and implementing marketing campaigns to increase the clinic’s profitability.
  • Monitors all sales transactions and expenses of the clinic
  • Monitors attendance of staffs and ensure compliance to SOP's.
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the branches
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
