Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations of our healthcare facility Mainly family practice The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of dental and medical office procedures, and proficiency with electronic medical records systems such as Dentrix. This role is vital in ensuring smooth clinic workflows, maintaining high-quality patient care, and managing administrative functions effectively. The Clinic Manager will play a key role in supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Candidates with backgrounds in dental or medical office management, nursing, hospital experience, or acute care are encouraged to apply.
Duties
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient patient flow and service delivery
- Supervise clinical and administrative staff, providing leadership and performance evaluations
- Manage human resources functions including hiring, training, scheduling, and conflict resolution
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records using systems like Dentrix and other healthcare software
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and safety standards
- Coordinate billing, budgeting, and financial reporting to optimize clinic resources
- Facilitate communication between medical providers, staff, patients, and external partners
- Implement quality assurance protocols to uphold high standards of patient care
- Assist in onboarding new staff members and provide ongoing professional development opportunities
Skills
- Proficiency with Dentrix or similar electronic medical records systems
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare procedures
- Experience in human resources management within a healthcare setting
- Background in dental office management or medical office administration preferred
- Supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation in a clinical environment
- Familiarity with hospital or acute care settings is advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing healthcare regulations and technology updates
