Clinic Manager

Job Overview

Enhance Clinic is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinic Manager to oversee and support daily operations at our Bauang Branch. This role is critical in ensuring smooth clinic workflow, accurate reporting, patient coordination, and effective implementation of clinic systems, including our digital platform (PLATO). The Clinic Manager works closely with the Medical Director, General Manager, and healthcare team to deliver efficient, high-quality patient care and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

· Clinic Operations & Workflow

· Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure efficient patient flow

· Coordinate schedules for doctors, therapists, and patients

· Monitor staff attendance and productivity

· Ensure compliance with clinic systems and protocols

· Patient Management

· Supervise patient registration, scheduling, and follow-ups

· Ensure accurate and complete patient records

· Manage walk-in patients and appointment coordination

· Handle patient inquiries and ensure excellent service experience

· Digital System (PLATO) Management

· Ensure accurate use of the PLATO system for patient registration, scheduling, treatment tracking, and reporting

· Record and verify payments and generate reports

· Identify and report discrepancies or system issues

· Financial Oversight

· Monitor daily sales and payment reconciliation

· Ensure proper documentation of transactions

· Coordinate with HMO partners and billing processes

· Report financial discrepancies immediately

· Inventory & Equipment Management

· Monitor inventory levels and supplies

· Ensure clinic equipment is functional and well-maintained

· Report low stock and equipment issues promptly

· Reporting & Coordination

· Prepare daily and weekly operational reports

· Communicate updates and issues to management

· Participate in operations meetings

· Ensure accuracy of clinic data and reports

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
