Who You Are & What You'll Do

Join our team as a Clinic Operations Manager in Hamilton, Ontario. You’ll oversee daily operations, support our team, and ensure clients receive excellent care. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving systems, solving problems, and working in a compassionate, client-centred environment.

This is an on-site position based out of our Hamilton clinic. Occasional evening or weekend work required based on clinic needs.

  • Oversee day-to-day clinic activities (scheduling, intake, reception, client flow).

  • Maintain and improve operational procedures and workflows.

  • Lead and support administrative and front-desk staff.

  • Handle scheduling, training, coaching, and onboarding.

  • Ensure a smooth and supportive experience for clients from first contact onward.

  • Address client concerns with professionalism and empathy.

  • Monitor waitlists and appointment management to improve access.

  • Oversee EMR/EHR systems, scheduling tools, and digital communication platforms.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, Social Services, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5+ years of operations or administrative leadership experience, preferably in a healthcare or mental health setting.
  • Experience managing staff and clinic workflows.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced, client-centred environment.
  • Proficiency with EMR systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft/Google productivity suites.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

BeWell Health Centers offer a range of competitive compensation consistent with your level of credentialing. This role will be based off a base salary and benefits
