Cluster Team Lead

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple teams within the cluster.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with team leaders to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and efficiency across all teams.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on cluster performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within operations or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Proven track record of driving performance improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
