Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team at Swingmaster Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for programming CNC machines to produce high-quality components that meet our customers' specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements.
• Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring precision and quality standards are met. G-Coding is a must
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve manufacturing processes.
• Conduct routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong programming skills with CNC machinery and familiarity with G-code.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints accurately.
• Knowledge of tooling and coordinate measuring machines is beneficial.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
