Co-Founder And Cto

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join as a Co-Founder of our newly forming Digital Marketing Agency (LLC). This is a unique opportunity to build and scale an agency from the ground up while sharing equal ownership and profits.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate as a 50/50 partner in building and growing the agency.
• Lead client communication and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage and guide a team of designers, developers, and marketers.
• Oversee service delivery across web design, development, SEO, PPC, social media, and other digital marketing services.
• Contribute to business development and strategic planning.
• Assist with company registration, operational setup, and long-term growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the digital marketing industry.
• At least 4–5 years working in a digital marketing agency environment.
• Strong knowledge of web design & development along with core digital marketing services.
• Excellent client communication and team management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership qualities and growth-driven vision.
