Coating Cleaning Operator

The Coating Cleaning Operator is responsible for preparing parts for the coating process through inspection, cleaning, and setup, while ensuring compliance with quality standards. This role includes performing quality inspections on thin-film coated products, managing incoming parts, and operating cleaning and coating equipment. The operator must maintain accurate records, strictly follow cleanroom protocols, and provide support across coating operations as needed.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Inspect, clean, and set up parts for the coating process in accordance with production and quality standards.
• Perform in-process and in-house quality inspections on thin-film coated products manufactured in Singapore.
• Unpack and verify incoming parts, ensuring they meet cleanliness and handling requirements.
• Operate and maintain cleaning and coating equipment, following standard operating procedures.
• Accurately record process and inspection data as required.
• Adhere strictly to cleanroom protocols and discipline.
• Support coating operations and other production-related tasks as needed.

Education & Experience

• GCE 'N' Level or any manufacturer Skill
• 1 year of manufacturing experience, preferably in optical manufacturing.

Skills

• Understand process instructions and specifications accurately.
• Identify non-conforming parts based on visual standards and documented reject criteria.
• Basic computer skills, e.g. data entry
• Work effectively with team members

Working Conditions

• This role is 100% onsite
• Willing to work 12hour rotating shift including weekend and public holiday.
• Comfortable to work in a clean room environment and can follow the strict policy and procedures in the cleanroom environment
