Coffee Project - Barista

Job Description:

• Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and specialty beverages.
• Greet Customers, taking orders, describing menu items and suggesting products to customers
• Operate a cash register and/or POS system to accurately scan, processing customer payments and bag orders for customers.
• Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils and equipment
• Cleaning service and seating areas
• Ordering, receiving and distributing stock supplies

Job Qualifications:

• vocational graduate or college level are welcome
• At least with 6 months experience as barista, cashier or service crew
• Great communication skills
• A happy, friendly personality
• Customer service skills and knowledge
• High level of attention-to-detail
• Good level of literacy and numeracy
• Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas and processes
• Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work
• Positive and approachable manner
• Team player qualities
