Job Description: As a Coffee Shop Barista at Base Coffee, you will be the face of our company. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and tea.
• Operating coffee equipment.
• Taking orders and processing payments with speed and accuracy.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy work area.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Providing excellent customer service, including handling customer queries and concerns.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Participating in creating a welcoming and friendly environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a coffee shop barista is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently, especially during peak hours.
• A positive attitude and a team player who wants to enrich their lives and the lives of others aroutd them.
• Flexibility with working hours, including early mornings, evenings (until 6:30), and weekends.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
