We are seeking dedicated, energetic, motivated and HAPPY Coffee Shop Staff members to fill our shop with happy & fun energy! We ask you to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. The ideal candidate will possess a background in the food industry. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service.
• Help train, mentor, and direct new staff members (if asked) to deliver excellent customer service and maintain operational standards.
• Prepare and oversee food preparation, ensuring adherence to food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures.
• Help manage inventory levels and product freshness.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop environment.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards within the establishment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service or hospitality industry.
• Food service preferred; barista experience is a plus. (We will train the right people)
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
• Knowledge of food preparation, catering services. These are a plus, NOT required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.50 - $12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
