Coffee Shop Supervisor

The COFFEE SHOP SUPERVISOR is responsible for assisting the restaurant manager with the overall activities by supervising the day-to-day operations of the Coffee Shop, Beach Coffee Shop, The Diner, The Beignet Café, and the Sweet Stop. Is responsible to adhere and enforce all company policies and procedures, act immediately on all customer complaints to ensure that corrections are made when possible, ensure customer service through training and continuing evaluation of staff, maintain accurate attendance records, maintain cleanliness of restaurants, help Manager with scheduling, maintain accurate sanitation logs for each outlet, constantly update staff of casino events and promotions, and all other duties deemed necessary to the success of all outlets
