Role Overview

Our Client is looking for someone to make outbound calls from provided lead lists, follow up with existing/recurring clients to gauge interest for new bids, and place calls to schools as assigned. Serve as a liaison for quick updates and handoffs to the client team.

Key Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls from provided lists; log outcomes and next steps
• Follow up with existing/recurring clients to identify bid opportunities
• Call schools per assignment and capture call notes
• Coordinate handoffs with the client team and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• Strong English communication; clear, professional phone presence
• Organized, detail-oriented; reliable with call notes and follow-ups
• Comfortable with consistent daily calling within the set window

Remote setup with backup device/connection (min 5 Mbps)

Nice to Have

• Prior outbound calling/appointment setting experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php150.00 - Php250.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
