Cold Caller – Retail & Automotive Dealerships

We are currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Cold Caller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, confidence on the phone, and proven experience generating leads and setting appointments within the retail and automotive dealership industries.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven cold-calling experience
• Experience working with:
• Retail businesses
• Automotive companies
• Car dealerships
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Comfortable handling objections and gatekeepers
• Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Experience using CRM systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients
• Generate qualified leads and set appointments
• Follow call scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow
• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups
• Build relationships with decision-makers and business owners
• Meet daily and weekly outreach targets
