Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobby, restrooms, and common spaces by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting floors.
• Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently.
• Restock amenities like toiletries, towels, and supplies to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
• Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to management for prompt resolution.
• Adhere to hotel policies and standards to provide exceptional hospitality experiences for every guest.
