Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. This role requires strong time management skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

• Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring fresh and clean supplies for clients.
• Organize and tidy up living spaces, kitchens, and bathrooms to meet high cleanliness standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
• Provide hospitality services that enhance the overall client experience.
• Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and report any needs for replenishment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within scheduled hours.
• Excellent communication skills in English; ability to understand client instructions clearly.
• A customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary.
• Attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and organization.
• Familiarity with hospitality standards is a plus but not required.
