About the Role

As a residential cleaner working with our team, you’ll take on a range of cleaning assignments, including recurring standard cleans, one-time deep cleans, and move-out refreshes. You’ll be responsible for delivering thorough, high-quality service while managing your own time and tools. If you love creating clean, welcoming spaces — this could be a perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

• Travel to client homes and complete assigned cleaning tasks
• Use checklists to meet service standards and client expectations
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients as needed
• Manage your own availability through our scheduling platform
• Provide your own equipment and cleaning products (eco-friendly encouraged)

What We’re Looking For

• 1 or more years of professional cleaning experience

(or similar experience in hospitality, caregiving, or maintenance)

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Basic cleaning tools and products (or willingness to obtain them)
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to manage time independently and follow task lists
• Good communication skills and comfort using mobile apps
• Willing to complete a background check

Availability & Location

• You set your own hours (Monday to Friday availability preferred)
• Weekend work is optional — Saturday or Sunday morning shifts available
• All work is performed at client homes within your local area
