The CCoE team are responsible for partnering with Trend Micro Field Sales Organization, to support sales opportunities from a deal structuring, commercial, legal, revenue and booking perspective. This dynamic team is pivotal to the success of our sales teams’ located in-region, ensuring that deals can move through the sale cycle in a timely fashion, and our account executives are enabled to respond quickly to shifting customer priorities, while meeting the goals established across our company’s quarterly cycle.
This Manager role reporting into the CCOE Senior Manager is a key member of our broader organization ,responsible for leading and developing a team, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture, and managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This role is essential for ensuring high performance, employee engagement, and the achievement of team and organizational goals. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to drive employee development, improve processes, and ensure compliance with company policies .

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to drive employee development, improve processes, and ensure compliance with company policies .
The role requires a deep partnership with our EMEA Field Leadership team as well as our internal business partners. The successful candidate will be seen as a trusted advisor, not just on specific sales opportunities, but on planning and strategic initiatives for longer term success.
Critical Skills and Competences:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of leading, motivating ,coaching and developing high performing teams
- Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and workload distribution
- Demonstrated ability to working with executive teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of Sales models & processes.
- Have a transformational change mindset to act as a change agent within the CCoE Team.
- Have the ability to challenge existing processes, and propose new business solutions
- Experience working and leading large-scale global and cross-functional projects
- Become a change agent for the team by staying close to the changes in the market-place to ensure we are one step ahead of the needs of the business
- Proven ability to handle stakeholder negotiations, in a business development context
- Previous experience of using CRM tools such as Salesforce.com and working extensively with customer & partner agreements
- Flexibility to work at End of Quarter and to travel
- Prior experience in Software/Services/Marketplace/ SaaS is an advantage
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Team Management – managing a team of people with diverse, yet interconnecting roles.
- Performance Management - Monitor and evaluate team performance against KPIs and business objectives. Address underperformance through constructive feedback, coaching, and where necessary, disciplinary actions. Recognize and reward high performers to encourage continued excellence.
- Become a trusted business partner for the Trend Micro Field Sales Leadership team.
- Drive proactive engagement between CCoE Team and the Regional Sales Teams to ensure they are informed on optimal deal structures to drive revenue & potential deal challenges during the early stages of deal negotiation.
- Agent for change, leading and delivering on company-wide initiatives and roll-outs
- Drive compliance through interaction with internal stakeholders namely revenue & legal teams.
- Development and implementation of process improvement initiatives throughout the Trend Micro Quote to Order cycle including supporting streamlining management of discount and non-standard deals throughout approval flow
- Support the Field Sales Leadership team with prioritisation and escalation management
- Understand internal and external customer needs and pain points. Shape the mindset of the team in how we deliver to the business
Qualifications:
- Broad experience and understanding of Business/Sales Operations
- Prior experience of working in Deal Structure teams a distinct advantage.
- Ability to lead, organize and prioritize, maintain attention to detail, and work under critical timeframes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Knowledge or experience in contract/tender/RFP reviews is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Audit, Revenue & Accounting regulations and experience in understanding non- standard contract language an advantage
- Previous experience in the Cybersecurity Industry would be advantageous
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com and/or Dynamics 365
- Experience Required: 3+ years’ relevant experience in Commercial operations management or related leadership role.
- Additional European language would be a distinct advantage.
