Commercial Cleaner

Rana Transport Ltd is looking to recruit a commercial cleaner to work in the Hanmer and Culverden area.

Key Responsibilities may include:

• Carry out a range of cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting and surface cleaning.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and office spaces.

• Use specialized cleaning equipment for buffing, scrubbing, and carpet cleaning to maintain high hygiene standards.

• Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and report any shortages.

• Follow safety guidelines and use equipment and chemicals as directed.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene as per client requirements.

Skills & Experience required for the role:

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred.

• A full, valid driving license is a must for travelling to various job sites in the Hanmer Springs and Culverden areas.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.

• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

• Physical fitness to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate loads.

• Ability to follow instructions and work in accordance with the client's policies

• Ensure you can pass all necessary security checks, including drug and criminal history.

• Be 18 years old and over

• Should have completed high school

• Ability to work rostered shifts, evening shifts and at weekends

• Able to pass a background check and drug test if required

Minimum 30 hours per week.
