Commercial Cleaning Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial settings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Cleaning Technician will ensure that all cleaning tasks are performed efficiently and to the highest standards. Must be available for morning shift.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial facilities, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and scrub surfaces as needed to maintain a clean environment.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to management promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning duties.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.
• Adhere to company policies regarding cleanliness standards and customer service.

Experience

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
• A commitment to providing high-quality service and maintaining a positive attitude.

Job Type: Part-time
