Commercial Cleaning Technician

The Commercial Cleaning Technician is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment in commercial spaces such as offices, retail facilities, and other business properties. This position ensures that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards in according with company policies and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all designated areas
- Empty trash and recyling bins, replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
- Adhere to company cleaning standards and schedules
- Secure facilities after cleaning (lock doors, turn off lights, set alarms, etc)
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and report any issues

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience preferred (not required)
• A strong attention to detail and reliability
• Positive attitude and team spirit
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Physically able to stand, bend, lift up to 30 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks
• Have reliable transportation

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License & insured transportation
• Criminal background check & Drug testing
• Reference check
• Must be 18 years or older

Pay: $17.50 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
