Commercial Construction Project Manager

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of commercial project management experience on projects valuing $5M+.
• Experience in adaptive reuse of historic mill buildings or assisted living facilities is desired but Not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of the preconstruction process for upcoming projects. Includes: preparing budget, gathering conceptual pricing from subcontractors and vendors, preparing schedules and assisting in the coordination of consultants.
• Prepare and manage subcontracts, work orders, change orders, and purchase order documentation.
• Assist in the management of estimates and budgets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
