Openings: Community Integration Specialist

Compensation: $18.00/Hour, plus $15/day for transportation!

Location: Belfast, ME Region

Hours / Schedule:

Wednesday 12pm-4pm

Thursday 8am-8pm

Friday 8am-8pm

Saturday 8am-8pm

4 Days & 40 hours per week!

Client Description:

We are seeking a home and community-based DSP to work with an individual in the Belfast area. Support will be 1:1. We are looking for someone who is very active and highly motivated… strong communication skills with the ability to offer positive encouragement and redirection are necessary to support this individual. Reliable transportation is a must! This individual (Female mid 50's) thrives on consistent, routine-based, daily activities. During her supports, she enjoys going shopping, exploring the community with friends, going out to eat, working on her health goals and keeping up with her household tasks. This individual will need assistance with ADLs, traveling to and from and attending medical appointments, supportive decision making and competently communicating necessary information to her team of caregivers/providers.

Hiring Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license required & 18+ years of age
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Satisfactory completion of background screening and applicable pre-employment checks
• Vehicle insurance (required to transport clients in your vehicle)
