Community Liaison

We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join the Lucent Health, Home Health Services team. Someone who has experience, knowledge, and leadership skills, who is dedicated and passionate about their career and the communities we serve, and who is looking for growth and advancement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for interaction in the community and promoting company services.
• Analyze the potential of the company's service area, to determine target markets.
• Visit Doctor' offices, hospital discharge desks, Assisted Living facilities, and other possible sources of referrals, to present Agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.
• Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections.
• Develop a marketing plan, identify priorities, and set a reasonable timetable.
• Participate in Marketing and staff meetings at the agency.
• Participate in communities marketing events.
• Other marketing tasks are assigned to generate patients’ referrals.

Qualifications

• At least 1 years’ experience in marketing, nursing or social work, interacting with healthcare professionals.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Must be able to effectively communicate, both, in writing, and orally, in English.
• Must be able to interact with health professionals, at all levels.
