Duties

• Offer companionship and emotional support to residents or clients, fostering a warm and engaging environment
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal consumption as needed
• Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring proper documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing personal spaces
• Use specialized equipment like Hoyer lifts or resident’s lifts to ensure safe transfers and mobility assistance
• Follow care plans meticulously while communicating any concerns or observations to healthcare professionals or family members

Requirements

• Certifications such as CPR, First Aid, HIPAA compliance training, and knowledge of medication administration are advantageous
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and healthcare teams
• Demonstrated understanding of care plans and patient safety protocols
• Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for others

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
