Company Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Company Nurse to provide occupational health services to employees, support workplace safety initiatives, and promote overall employee well-being. The ideal candidate will be skilled in basic clinical care, health assessments, and workplace safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate medical care and first aid to employees in case of illness or workplace accidents.
• Monitor and assess the health status of employees through routine check-ups, screenings, and health evaluations.
• Maintain accurate medical and incident records in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of health and wellness programs.
• Promote health education and awareness among employees (e.g., disease prevention, hygiene, ergonomics).
• Support compliance with occupational health and safety standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with external healthcare providers or emergency services when necessary.
• Participate in workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Manage clinic supplies, medications, and equipment inventory.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid license
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or First Aid is preferred
• Prior experience as an occupational or industrial nurse is an advantage
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle medical emergencies calmly and efficiently
• Familiarity with local labor and occupational health laws

Working Conditions:

• On-site
• May involve shift work, including weekends or holidays depending on operational needs
• Use of PPE and adherence to health protocols is required

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
