Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate timekeeping and attendance, tracking employee work hours efficiently.
  • Resolve employee compensation-related disputes and provide timely solutions.
  • Prepare and distribute payslips in accordance with company policies.
  • Support the performance appraisal process, ensuring smooth execution and accurate records.
  • Oversee the management and updating of the company’s payroll system, ensuring data integrity.
  • Administer government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) for employees.
  • Assist in internal hiring, helping to streamline recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Create and issue Certificates of Employment for active and inactive employees.
  • Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in HR administration, payroll, or compensation & benefits.
  • Solid understanding of payroll systems and government-mandated benefits.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on resolving issues quickly.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Willing to work night shifts and adapt to flexible hours.

Work Schedule and Benefits:

  • Salary: ₱25,000
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, Fixed Weekend Off, 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM (8 hours/day)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
