JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Installation: Setting up and configuring equipment or systems at customer sites.
• Maintenance: Performing routine checks and preventative measures to ensure equipment continues to operate efficiently.
• Repair: Diagnosing and fixing malfunctions or breakdowns of equipment.
• Troubleshooting: Identifying the root cause of technical problems and implementing solutions.
• Customer Service: Providing support and assistance to customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Documentation: Recording details of service visits, repairs, and installations.
• Reporting: Completing service reports and updating databases.
• Safety: Following safety protocols and regulations while working in the field.
• Communication: Communicating effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Travel: Traveling to various locations to provide services.

Required skills and qualifications

• One or more years of sales experience within a similar industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
• Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
• Solid background in corporate sales is a plus
• Handling multiple accounts is a plus and with existing corporate clients and accounts is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in government bidding is a plus
• Knowledgeable in IT PRODUCTS is a plus

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent
• Technical degree or certification
• Proven Field Service experience
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
• Filipino / English literacy
• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
• Ability to travel at least 75% of the time to customer events

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
