Computer Technician

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Repair Technician to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, learning-focused environment and enjoys solving technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics and troubleshooting of Macs, PCs and accessories
• Repair and service a variety of devices, including laptops, desktops, and accessories.
• Manage parts inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and timely replenishment.
• Update job tickets, charges, and details regularly to maintain accurate records.
• Keep workstations, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Assist with front-of-house duties, including checking in repairs and triaging as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries with patience and professionalism.
• Answer phone calls and emails related to service inquiries and job status updates.
• Perform additional duties as directed by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
