Computer Technician

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable staff member to join our team in our PC and Laptop store. The ideal candidate should have both technical expertise and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Build, assemble, and troubleshoot desktop computers according to customer specifications.
• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on laptops and PCs.
• Assist customers in choosing the right products (laptops, PCs, accessories) based on their needs and budget.
• Provide accurate product knowledge and recommendations.
• Ensure proper product display and assist in maintaining store organization.
• Support sales targets by engaging with walk-in customers.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in computer hardware and software.
• Hands-on experience in building PCs and upgrading laptops/desktop units.
• Familiar with troubleshooting Windows and other operating systems.
• With good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and willing to assist buyers in making informed choices.
• Experience in sales is a plus but not required.

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
