Concierge/Bellman

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, assisting with luggage and providing information about the hotel.
• Escort guests to their rooms, explaining hotel amenities and services.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
• Manage luggage storage and retrieval, ensuring the safety and security of guests’ belongings.
• Maintain a clean and organized bell desk and lobby area.
• Assist with transportation arrangements, including taxis and shuttles.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Provide local area information and recommendations to guests.
• Uphold all safety and security protocols within the hotel.
