- Able to read construction drawings, know well the skill of formwork carpentry, rebar, concreting & plastering
- At least 10 years’ experience in carpenter work
- To direct control activities on site
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (In order to liaise with Chinese speaking associate)
- Ability to keep track of multiple projects in Singapore
- Requirements, Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSS), Formwork supervisor, Core-trade Supervisor.
- Able to carry out Project planning,Progress monitoring, Quality control.
