Essentials: Minimum 5+ years experience as Contracts Manager; Degree in Construction, Engineering or a related discipline; experience on Irish construction projects of €10M+
Location: Sites based in North, West & Central Dublin, Wicklow
A leading Tier 2 Main Contractor is seeking multiple highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyors to join their dynamic team, working on prestigious sites across North, West & Central Dublin as well as Wicklow. Salary: €110,000 - €130,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
- Manage and monitor site teams, subcontractors, and overall project performance
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety standards and company procedures
- Develop, track and update construction programmes, identifying and mitigating risks
- Liaise with design teams and project stakeholders to manage changes and variations
- Lead site meetings and produce professional project and progress reports
- Monitor quality of works, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date site records and reporting systems
- Coordinate with commercial, procurement and head office teams for project support
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project performance
