Construction Estimator (Retaining Walls)

esponsibilities:

· Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to accurately estimate costs for retaining wall construction projects.

· Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure accurate and comprehensive estimates.

· Conduct site visits and assessments to gather necessary information for estimating purposes.

· Utilize estimating software and tools to prepare detailed and competitive bids.

· Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to enhance estimating accuracy and efficiency.

· Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to clarify project requirements and negotiate pricing when necessary.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as an estimator in the construction industry, with specific experience in estimating for retaining walls highly desirable.

· Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

• construction industry: 3 years (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Martinez, CA 94553: Relocate before starting work (Required)
