Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Foreman to lead our construction projects with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. As a Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on the construction site and coordinate work activities.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate project execution.
- Utilize construction management software, including ProCore and Corfix, for project tracking and documentation.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Supervise construction teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain clear communication with project managers regarding progress, challenges, and resource needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction processes.
- Proficiency in using construction management software such as ProCore & Corfix.
- Excellent quality control skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in budgeting and construction estimating is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
