About the job:

We’re looking for an experienced Construction Labourer to join our busy team in Masterton!

In this role you will carry out physical work to complete projects that are of a high quality, to meet contract requirements. This work will include general labouring such as clearing, lifting, cleaning or other civil work. You may be required to operate hand tools as well as plant and equipment as required.

Working well in a team environment is key in being successful in this role!

What you’ll need:

  • Ideally you will have previous construction skills, knowledge and experience including knowledge of relevant plant and equipment.
  • You may be working towards your National Certificate.
  • You will need to be physically fit, health and safety focused, and work well in a team as well as independently.
  • A full class 1 and class 2 license is required for this role – WTF endorsements would be advantageous.

We’ll be taking a short Christmas break from 24 December 2025 to 4 January 2026. Feel free to during this time, we’ll get back to you as soon as we return.

All preferred candidates will be required to complete pre-employment checks to the employer’s satisfaction. These checks include but are not limited to, Ministry of Justice criminal conviction report, medical assessment, and drug and alcohol testing.
